Volunteer Tracks
🐓 Individual Volunteers
Open to adults and teens 16+. Commit to a single day or become a regular. We schedule 4-hour morning shifts on Saturdays and Sundays. Tasks include animal care (feeding 400 hens, egg collection, goat care), field crop planting, mushroom log inoculation, and workshop assistance. Regular volunteers may assist with USDA SARE research documentation and receive a reference letter.
🏫 Student and School Groups
High school classes, college groups, FFA chapters, and university research teams welcome. Groups of 5–20 students get a structured volunteer day with hands-on farm work, a live Grafana dashboard walkthrough, 3 hours of farm work, and documented service hours. Free — suggested group donation of $50. Curriculum connections: biology, environmental science, STEM, data science, sustainability.
🏢 Corporate Volunteer Days
Bring your team for a half-day of hands-on work, 90 minutes from NYC or Philadelphia. Private farm orientation for up to 20 people, 3 hours of guided farm work, farm-fresh eggs to take home, and a signed ESG volunteer hours report documenting contribution against UN SDG 2, SDG 7, and SDG 13 for your annual CSR filing. Suggested tax-deductible donation of $250 per group.

Volunteer FAQ
Do I need farming experience?
No. We train every volunteer on-site before any task. If you can follow instructions and don’t mind getting dirty, you’re qualified.
What should I wear?
Closed-toe shoes (boots preferred), long pants, clothes you can get dirty. We provide gloves and all tools. Dress for the weather — the farm is outdoors year-round.
Can I get community service hours?
Yes. We provide a signed letter documenting your hours and tasks completed. Accepted by most schools, courts, and community service programs.

1307 Route 115, Saylorsburg, Monroe County, PA 18353. Between Route 209 and Route 33. 90 minutes from NYC, 2 hours from Philadelphia. Free parking on site.
