Nutrient-Dense Food
Our mission is to cultivate sustainable, nutrient-dense food through innovative aquaponic farming in Pennsylvania while advancing environmental stewardship, education, and community resilience. We are committed to producing clean, locally grown produce and fish using AI, robotics and regenerative systems that conserve water, eliminate synthetic chemicals, and model the future of responsible agriculture.
On this farm, chicken manure will feed a BSF bioreactor. Larvae will feed fish. Fish wastewater will irrigate plants. Duckweed captures excess nutrients. The result: a farm designed to eliminate purchased fertilizer, recycle 95% of water, and produce complete diets at full build-out.
Built From
Scratch
From a Brooklyn apartment aquaponics experiment to 18 acres of cleared Pennsylvania farmland. Every container delivered, every trench dug, every fence built by hand.

Each 53×8×8-foot insulated container maintains -20°F to 80°F. Click any card to view live sensor data.
Livestock & AI Detection
350 laying hens produce ~98,000 eggs/year. 10 Nigerian dwarf goats provide milk, cheese, yogurt, and soap. OpenCV + YOLOv8 tracks every animal, counts flock size, and identifies predator species — fox, owl, coyote, bear, hawk — with 85–98% confidence.
9kW Solar.
IoT Monitored.
Canton PV array with 597Ah battery storage. Dual inverters. Net energy producer. Arduino + Raspberry Pi sensors write to Grafana every 5 minutes. 9 public dashboards. Open-source stack replicable for under $500/container. Full details →
Education & Community
12-stop tour route with live Grafana screens. Students count eggs, measure pH, monitor solar. Weekend workshops: mushroom cultivation, aquaponics, composting, poultry management. All free or donation-based. The USDA NIFA Farm-to-School program supports this model.
Appetite AI — our free mobile health app built on the same sensor technology. Predicts hunger cycles, tracks metabolic phases, provides rescue protocols. Try the demo →
