Container Build-Out: Each 53x8x8-foot climate-controlled container costs $45,000-$80,000 fully equipped. Your donation helps build Containers 3-6: shrimp raceway, tilapia aquaponics, mushroom lab, and the Route 115 vending hub.

Livestock and Crops: Feed, veterinary care, seeds, soil amendments, and mushroom spawn for 350 laying hens, 10 Nigerian dwarf goats, and 10 acres of field crops.

Technology: Arduino and Raspberry Pi sensors, solar panel expansion, Grafana dashboard hosting, and OpenCV computer vision for livestock monitoring.

Education: Free school field trips, weekend workshops (mushroom cultivation, aquaponics, composting), and community outreach in Monroe County.
