Kids Ecosystem & Art Classes
Meet our goats at the pond. Watch 400 chickens forage. See fish grow plants without soil. Then draw what you see in your own backyard.
A 45-minute monthly Zoom class, live from our nonprofit farm in Saylorsburg, Pennsylvania. Three age tracks. Free with a suggested $10 donation to reserve your spot.
Reserve a Spot ↓What makes this different
Most “kids science” classes show slides. Ours shows a real farm — live. Kids meet the same goats, the same 400 chickens, the same fish tank every month, so they can watch things grow and change. Then they go outside and draw their own backyard, learning to notice what’s already around them.
Three age tracks
Each track runs a different weekend each month.
Little Farmers
Goats first. Then chickens. Kids count animals, learn names, and draw big colorful shapes of what they see.
Draws: animals, plants, sun, clouds
Ecosystem Explorers
How goats, chickens, plants, and fish all connect. Kids trace water and nutrients through the farm, then map their own backyard as a system.
Draws: labeled systems, cycles, food chains
Young Engineers
Real sensor data, real aquaponics math, pH and nitrogen cycles. Students design their own closed-loop system on paper.
Draws: engineering diagrams, flow charts, schematics
